Led by local investors and contractors with a deep connection to the community, the project reimagines two long-standing landmarks, the Freeborn Bank Building and the adjacent Jacobson Building, bringing them back to life nearly 100 years after their doors first opened in 1923.
Commercial spaces paired with luxury apartments create a modern live, work, play environment while honoring the architectural character that has long defined the block.

We developed a timeless identity inspired by classic architectural typography and historic main street signage, paired with a clean, contemporary system that signals renewal and longevity.
