Mortarr’s inaugural Curated Cocktail book began with a simple question:
What if the feeling of a space could be translated into a drink?
Organic chemistry, color, balance, and tension shape both a well-designed environment and a finely crafted cocktail. Each is built from layered elements such as structure, contrast, texture, and emotion, combined to create a single cohesive experience.
Leading art direction and design, I helped concept and craft a collection of cocktails inspired by the spaces we move through every day. From the freedom of an airport to the curiosity of a museum, the energy of a restaurant, or the buzz of an office, each drink captures the mood and memory of place.
The result is part recipe book and part design exploration, a visual and sensory journey at the intersection of the built environment and the bar.
Because great design, like a great cocktail, is ultimately about how it makes you feel.
